That is developing, improving, and expanding our operations, and creating new market trends.
Technological Process Creation
If there is a niche, the market needs new solutions for decoration. That is why our R&D team works to bring new techniques and processes into existance.
New Decoration Technique
Once costructed, new decoration technique needs to pass the validation process defined as a collection and evaluation of data, from the process design stage throughout sampling and testing, which establishes a scientific evidence that the designed process is capable of consistently delivering required quality product.
Sampling
Sampling is a trial run done with new technique. Within this stage we test the decoration technique, check whether there are any changes needed, act in order to improve the results.
QA Testing
All of new materials and new techniques are first validated in the technological laboratory and than eventually approved. On the basis of tests results and tested characteristics of the materials/ techniques, new tests methods are planned and new control cards issued. We’re testing new materials or new techniques using at least 45 different tests in order to prove that designed process is capable to deliver required quality product.

Brief
Creation process begins in minds of our customers. This document allows us to understand, analyze needs and expectations of clients. It is a collection of the information necessary to adapt the idea to development process.
Glass
Through many years of experience in the glass decoration, Dekorglass cooperate with many glassworks. Thanks to this connections, we can help our customers in glass purchasing process, which quality is guaranteed.
Graphic design
When we have all the information collected, about project specification, we can start working on product creation.
Visualizations
Creating visualization is possible on each step of cooperation. 3D project simply saves time and gives possibility to see expected final good in many variations, without unnecessary time spend on waiting for sampling process. By visualizations we are able to make corrections and adjustments to the project.
Project adjustments
When project is ready and accepted by a client, it is passed to technological department hands, where final shape is given and right technology picked.
Sampling
At this stage, physical samples are made. This is necessary step before production of new product. Allow us to precise parameters of used decorations, techniques and changes if needed. Normally it takes up to 3 weeks.
Testing
Samples of the new product are first validated in the technological laboratory on the basis of the tests methods planned during the technique design stage.
Production
Depending on amount and kind of production, we use different machinery. In next steps glass in burned, take out of line and packed.
Quality control
Visual inspection of the decorated containers is done systematically on each production line, basing on the panoply and customers’ requirements.
Transport
We are able to arrange on request transport to every corner of the world, by professional logistic companies that we cooperate with. For whole process is responsible our logistic department.
